Our policies
What we ask of every client, in one place, before you pay a deposit.
Booking and deposits
Henna, tint and lamination are booked ahead, and each takes a deposit that holds your time and goes toward your service. Shaping and threading take walk-ins and no deposit. Choose a service on the booking page and we confirm by text or email.
Canceling and running late
Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a booked visit, and your deposit moves with you. With less notice we keep it. If you're running late we hold your time for 10 minutes; after that the visit is shortened, not extended.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a booked visit without a word, we keep the deposit and ask for it again on your next booking. A walk-in who misses their turn simply rejoins the line.
Children and companions
Henna, tint and lamination are for clients 18 and over. For shaping and threading, a client under 18 comes with a parent or guardian. We can't watch children in the work area, so please bring one only if another adult can stay with them.
Patch tests and allergies
We ask for a patch test before a first henna, tint or lamination visit. It shows how your skin responds to the product. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction, so tell us about allergies, sensitive skin and any past reaction to dye. Henna is a plant dye, and we share the ingredient list for anything we use on request. If you notice redness, itching or swelling, tell us and your doctor.
If you're not happy
If you're not happy with your brows, tell us within a few days and we'll make it right. Please don't wait or fix them yourself; a conversation always comes first.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one by card at the end of your visit, or hand it to your artist.
How the line works
Shaping and threading take walk-ins. Sign in at the front desk and we call you in order. Afternoons after work and Saturdays are busiest. The line closes 30 minutes before close. Henna, tint and lamination always need an appointment.
Before your visit
Come with your brows as they are: no makeup on them and no oil-based products near them that day. Hold off on waxing or tweezing for a few days before henna, tint or lamination. Arrive five minutes early so we can talk through your shape.
Two more things to know
Ingredients on request
Ask for the ingredient list for any henna, tint or lamination product before your visit. We'll share it, and answer questions about it.
If you notice a reaction
Reactions can happen. If you notice redness, itching, swelling or blurred vision after a visit, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care.
Read the rules, then pick a time.
If anything here doesn't work for you, ask before you book.
