Before your first visit
Start with a patch test.
A short visit that shows how your skin responds to the product before the full service.
Book it ahead
The patch test takes about 10 minutes. Add it to your booking, or come in a few days before.
Watch the spot
You watch the spot at home for a day and tell us if anything itches, stings or turns red.
It helps, not promises
A patch test can't predict every reaction, so tell us about allergies and sensitive skin too.
Your first visit
Henna, tint and lamination follow the same four steps.
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Choose the service on the booking page. A deposit holds your time. New to the service? Add a patch test first.
- 02
Step 2: What to bring
Bring a photo of brows you like, and tell us about allergies, sensitive skin and any past reaction to dye.
Brows bare of makeup
No oil-based products that day

Step 3: When you arrive
Come five minutes early so we can talk through your shape. Parking is in the lot behind the building.
- 04
Step 4: What to expect
Your artist maps your brow and agrees the shape with you. Nothing begins until you've said yes.
Who should wait
Tell us before your visit if any of these apply, and we'll rebook you.
Irritated skin
Skin near your brows that is irritated, broken or recently treated.
A past reaction
A reaction to dye, henna or a brow product, from us or anyone else.
A medical question
If you're unsure about a service, ask your doctor first, and we'll gladly wait for you.
If you notice a reaction
Reactions can happen. If you notice redness, itching, swelling or blurred vision, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care. We stop the service if anything feels wrong.
